- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: your name, work email, brand/website, monthly ad-spend and revenue ranges, ideal start time, and anything you write in the message field.
- Booking details if you schedule a call via our embedded Calendly scheduler (handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy).
- Technical data such as essential cookies needed to run the site and, only with your consent, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare your growth plan, and contact you about working together.
- To manage the enquiry in our customer-relationship management (CRM) system.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business — for example our website host (Vercel), our scheduling tool (Calendly) and our CRM — who process it on our behalf.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email james@socialenviro.ie. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
